Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Peacock Nails’ Head Spa services. To ensure a safe and relaxing experience, please carefully read the consent form details that will be handed to you prior to starting services in-store. Your understanding and acceptance of the following terms are necessary before we proceed with your session. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions below, you have the ability to decline the service, but your deposit will not be refunded if you do not cancel your booking before the 24-hour mark of your scheduled appointment.

Service Description: I understand that the Head Spa service involves the use of water, oils, and other products that will be applied to my scalp and face.

Attire: I understand that due to the nature of this procedure comfortable attire is required. 

Makeup: I understand that this service involves water and other products being poured across my head and face; thus, all makeup products must be removed prior to the procedure beginning. 

Contact Lenses: I understand that this service involves water and other products being poured across my head and face. If I require the usage of contact lenses, I am responsible to remove them before the procedure begins. 

Eyelash Extensions: I acknowledge that if I have eyelash extensions, there is a risk of damage or detachment due to the nature of the treatment, which includes water being poured across my head and face.

Hair Color: I understand that if I have previously applied hair color or other chemical treatments to my hair, the products and procedures used during the Head Spa service may cause discoloration or distortion of my hair color. I acknowledge that the spa and its staff are not responsible for any changes to my hair color as a result of this service.

Hair Extensions: I understand that if I have hair extensions, there is a risk of damage or detachment due to the nature of the treatment, which includes a deep shampoo. 

Responsibility for Eyelash Extensions: I understand that the Peacock Nails and its staff are not responsible for any damage to my eyelash extensions resulting from the Head Spa treatment. By signing this form, I accept full responsibility for any potential damage to my eyelash extensions during the service.

Jewelry: I understand that all jewelry must be removed prior to the treatment beginning. I understand that the Peacock Nails and staff are not responsible for any damage or tarnishing of my jewelry if not removed. 

Health and Allergies: I confirm that I have informed the spa staff of any allergies, skin conditions, or other health issues that may affect my treatment. I understand that if I fail to disclose such information, I accept full responsibility for any adverse reactions.

Discomfort: I understand that I will be laying on my back for 1+ hours which could create discomfort for those who are pregnant or have back issues. It is my responsibility to talk to a medical professional about if this service should be performed on me.

Liability Waiver: I agree to release the spa and its employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise from the Head Spa service, including but not limited to skin reactions, damage to personal property (such as eyelash extensions), or any other adverse effects.

Media and Records: I consent to Peacock Nails taking photographs and/or videos before, during, and after the treatment for the purpose of record-keeping and quality assurance. These materials will remain confidential unless I provide further written consent for their use.
